Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days for individual orders. For large or bulk orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
2. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase, provided that items are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
3. Can I customize or brand my travel kit?
Yes, standdard customization and branding options are available upon request. Please note that additional charges will apply for personalization or for substituting specific items.
4. Do the travel kits come pre-packed?
Yes, each Style Sleeper Travel Kit comes beautifully pre-packaged and standard in our signature presentation box, curated to offer a seamless luxury experience.
5. Are delivery fees included in the price?
Yes, the travel fee is included in the price for clients within South Africa. All current Style Sleeper Travel Kits are delivered nationwide at no additional cost.
